The oui is the first 6 digits of a MAC address (FYI). Using firefox with the Advanced option “Begin Finding when you being typing” checked makes searching for stuff really easy. Just type the six hex digits and you know who really made that NIC.
This link is kind of easy to find. I lost it once and today to find it googled(mac address manufacturer list) and it was on top.
PS: reasons for not digging this are encouraged in the comments.
UPDATE: I can’t believe it, but this digg submission made the front page! Drinks are on me tonight!
