Bush has his speeches spelled out FONE-EH-TICK-LEE

The White House accidentally released Bush’s United Nations General Assembly speech showing us how the President actually sees his speeches. Pronunciations are sounded out so Bush doesn’t make an idiot of himself (as if that was possible). French President Sarkozy “[sar-KOzee]“, “Kyrgyzstan [KEYRgeez-stan]“. So why cant he say “NU-KLEE-ER”???
